Espresso all day.
Do you train solo or with a friend or teammates?
I usually train solo, one of the things I really love about cycling. But always enjoy riding with others when the opportunity arises.
What is one piece of advice for an aspiring racer?
Get a power meter! Hire a coach(Bill Gros)!
Personal Notes: I started racing through the Collegiate club team at University of Delaware and it changed my life. I will always remember my teammates, the races we did together and the adventures we had. My experience in racing post-collegiate has been a blast and through cycling I’ve meet so many amazing people and my current experiences with my Integrated teammates have been some of the best yet. We all work really well together and want the best for the team. I look forward to working as hard as I possibly can to help my teammates win and when the time is right, stepping onto the podium.
